Cait Leavey

Cait lost her father, FDNY Lt. Joseph Leavey in the attack. She was just 10-years-old at the time. She found community and the tools to heal, at America’s Camp, a camp organized for all children who lost someone that day. Her experience motivated her to start a career in teaching and she is currently a pre-K teacher in Brooklyn, NY.
